Rock Climbing

Alps, Greece, South Africa

Rock Climbing, the freedom of movement on a rock wall with total concentration on the present is what makes this activity so interesting. Add to that, the beautiful places it takes you to.  There’s nowhere better than the cliffs of the Alps and their foothills with featured limestone and granite, for some of the most varied rock climbing in the world. We also love Greece, South Africa and Marocco for climbing adventures, to name a few. Experience traditional rock climbing of all levels, multi-pitch sport on big walls or single pitch cragging. Join us for a rock adventure!

Rock Climb golden needles above glaciers

Chamonix Granite

Aiguille d'Argentiere, climb, alpine climbing, Alpine Energy Guiding, mountaineering & ski adventures, Andrew Lanham Mountain Guide, Chamonix, Aosta Valley, Swiss, lyngen alps

In summer, the high granite of the Mont Blanc range is some of the best to be found. There are perfect cracks, flakes and knobs on the golden granite. Mostly protected by trad gear with the occasional bolt where it’s not protectable or at the belays. We often go to the areas around the Orny hut, the Envers des Aiguilles or the Argentiere hut as well as day trips from the Aiguille du Midi or in the Aiguilles Rouges.
